Andrew Mcpherson

For thirty plus years Andrew McPherson has utilized his senior management and human
resource expertise to assist national and international organizations effectively manage change.
His experience includes senior management roles in biomedical and cancer research and
pharmaceutical manufacturing; senior human resource roles with Sony, SmithKline Beecham,
Otsuka America and FlightSafety Boeing as well as organizational consulting to clients in
aerospace, telecommunications, health care, utilities and technology. Additionally he has been
CEO of two Chambers of Commerce and a partner/COO in two start ups. His volunteer activities
have included Board membership with Economic Development Greater Saint John, Coalition of
Concerned Citizens and a mentor to the University of New Brunswick Saint John’s MBA
program and has been a contributor to the Smart Grid Innovation Network (sgin.ca) for the past 3
years.
